Russell Harling

Russell is a director in our London office.

Russell has a wide commercial practice, and his experience covers all aspects of dry shipping including charterparties, cargo claims, bills of lading, general average, bunker supply disputes, as well as major casualties including limitation of liability, forum selection disputes and wreck removal contracts. Russell also has experience in shipbuilding and ship finance disputes and work-outs; and sale and purchase of ships. Russell’s marine insurance work includes hull claims, war risks and coverage issues. He also has experience of offshore contracts including supply vessels and jack-ups.

Russell also previously worked for a major P&I Club.
