Neil Jackson

Neil is a Director in our Newcastle office. 

Neil specialises in advising owners and charterers on all aspects of dry shipping law with extensive experience of disputes relating to payment of hire, off-hire, suspension, withdrawal, liens on cargo / sub-hires / sub-freights, cancellation, speed and consumption, redelivery, condition of holds, freight, laytime and demurrage and disputes under bunker supply contracts. 

Neil previously worked for eight years in the FD&D department of a leading International Group P&I Club.
