Francesca Norman

Francesca is an associate solicitor in our London office.

She has a broad range of experience advising banks, financial institutions, and ship-owning companies on all aspects of cross-border loan and security documentation within the maritime sector.  She has been involved in various ship finance transactions relating to syndicated and bi-lateral debt financings and sake and leaseback transactions. She also has experience advising both buyers and sellers on numerous sale and purchase transactions.

Since joining the firm, Francesca has undertaken a client secondment at a major shipowner which have provided valuable insight into the needs of ship-owning clients.
