Edward Harris

Edward is an associate solicitor in our London office.

Edward is an experienced lawyer with a marine background whose practice centres on commercial dispute resolution. He brings a particularly commercial and practical focus to his work as well as expertise in respect of general, insurance and maritime disputes.

Edward specialises in contractual disputes having represented clients in the High Court and Court of Appeal in London as well as in arbitral forums. He regularly acts for corporate entities, commodity trading houses, owners, charterers, underwriters and P&I clubs.  Edward has also completed client secondments with one of the world’s largest shipping companies and a European listed chemicals company.

In addition to general commercial litigation, Edward handles marine claims and investigations involving fires, floods, collisions, explosions, salvage, general average and charterparty and general shipping disputes.
