Tom Burdass and Caroline Stewart attended Limassol, Cyprus to give a presentation entitled "Obtaining security for claims – an overview  of some novel jurisdictions" to the membership of WISTA Cyprus.

The presentation was well received and led to a lively debate among the attendees in particular regarding piercing the corporate veil when pursuing a defaulting party and also the Iranian and Ukrainian sanctions regime.  A cocktail reception followed the presentation at the Londa Hotel.
