CJC will be out in force at Maritime Cyprus, which takes place at the Carob Mill Conference Centre, Limassol between October 6-9. This year’s event is themed ‘Sea Change’ to reflect shifts in established shipping business models, regulatory challenges, environmental protection and technological transformation.
The biennial event, which this year celebrates its 30th anniversary, is organised by the Shipping Deputy Ministry in cooperation with the Cyprus Shipping Chamber and the Cyprus Union of Shipowners, bringing together more than 1,000 participants and 40 top-flight speakers. Notable panellists at this year’s opening session include Kitack Lim, Secretary General, International Maritime Organization and Violeta Bulc, Commissioner for Transport, European Commission.
The CJC team attending will comprise Jonathan Campbell, Andrew Gray, Maria Borg Barthet, Kirsty MacHardy and Menelaos Nicolaou.
