Campbell Johnston Clark (CJC) is delighted to welcome Ed Harris to its London office as an Associate Solicitor.
Ed joins the ever-growing CJC team as an experienced lawyer with a marine background whose practice centres on commercial dispute resolution. He brings a particularly commercial and practical focus to his work as well as expertise in general, insurance and maritime disputes.
Specialising in disputes, Ed has represented clients in the High Court and Court of Appeal in London as well as in arbitral forums. He regularly acts for corporate entities including commodity trading houses, owners, charterers, underwriters and P&I clubs. He has also completed client secondments as legal counsel in the maritime law team of one of the world’s largest shipping companies, and as in-house counsel at a European listed chemicals company.
In addition to general commercial litigation, Ed handles marine claims and investigations involving fires, floods, collisions, explosions, salvage, general average and charterparty and general shipping disputes.
