The firm is very pleased to welcome James Mackay as a new Director in our London office.

A highly-respected veteran in the shipping market, James joins us from Holman Fenwick Willan and will play a leading role in CJC’s litigation and dispute resolution practice. James originally qualified as a barrister in 1984 and after working for an P&I Club in London and Hong Kong entered private practice where he was a partner for 17 years. James acts for a broad range of clients, including shipowners, charterers, P&I Clubs, hull underwriters, energy companies and banks.
