After a successful run, the CJC Singapore Seminar Series 2017 draws to a close with the final seminar of the year taking place on Wednesday, 13 December, followed by informal Christmas and End of Year drinks.

Ian Short will be presenting on "Carrier Suing Cargo". Carriers and their P&I Clubs are used to facing claims from cargo interests. This light and interactive seminar flips this on its head and explores all the different types of claims that Carriers can bring against cargo interests under bills of lading or otherwise.

The seminar will be followed by informal End of Year Drinks and nibbles.

The event will take place at our offices at 83 Amoy Street, #03-01, Singapore, on Wednesday, 13 December, with registration open from 6pm and the seminar starting at 6:30pm sharp.
