Campbell Johnston Clark LLP has conducted its annual review of charge out rates, which took effect from 1 May 2012.

The Firm is pleased to announce that for the second year running Partner rates remain unchanged for litigation matters and that all clients have been informed of the current schedule of rates.

CJC is aware that these are difficult economic times, both domestically and in the global maritime industry and its associated fields.  Th Firm remains committed to offering clients a cost effective way of handling contentious matters, and tailoring charging methods to the client and their legal requirements.  We have implemented a variety of innovative funding methods, and have retainers in place for a number of highly regarded industry participants.
