No excuse is thought necessary for looking back to the Young Maritime Lawyers Conference in the Netherlands over the summer, especially since it offers an opportunity to encourage participation in next year’s event in Belgium.
The Rotterdam event attracted an excellent turnout, with around 100 delegates from Belgium, England, France, Germany, and the Netherlands, as well as guest delegates from Denmark, Italy, and the US. CJC Managing Associate, Kate Law and Senior Associate, Deji Sasegbon took the UK delegation along to this year's YLM conference in Rotterdam, also taking in stops in IJmuiden, Amsterdam, Arnhem, Utrecht and Brussels. As always, it was an excellent conference. Special thanks are due to the Dutch committee for organising an engaging programme, with speakers including Ellie-Mae Toole and Dr Satya T. from the UK delegation. Looking forward to next year in Antwerp!
